RT6228A/RT6228B/RT6228C

RT6228A/B/C是采用改进型固定导通时间 (ACOT^®) 控制架构的同步Buck转换器，具有非常快速的瞬态响应能力。RT6228A/B的输入电压范围是4.5V至23V，RT6228C的输入电压范围是5.1V至23V，RT6228A的输出电压可在0.6V至5.1V间进行调节。
